Terms and conditions

This training is a privatized mentorship between individuals teaching a specialized vocation.

There is no third party intermediary.

Our mentorship program is an approved Teacher Training of the Original Hot Yoga Association.

All receipts are issued by the payment processing company & are delivered electronically to the email address you provide.

Mentorship is performed At Your Own Pace.

Schedules are flexible.

Tuition is DUE IN FULL on DAY 1 of Training.

As a courtesy, we offer a payment plan to defer payments over time, but they are considered due on DAY 1.

We allow for deferred payments according to the schedule below*

If you are on the payment plan, you are required to maintain regular attendance to class & classroom session.

Paid in Full tuition carries no time limitations for completion.

A One time pause of training can be applied for at anytime.

You can take up to 60 days off from training, without penalty.

60 or more days would require a Re-Start fee of $499 to be paid & all payments be current at ReStart.

Once training has begun, all monies paid become non-refundable.

If you are removed from the program you will receive no refund and all monies paid will be non-refundable.

All online purchases for the online course are non-refundable after training DAY 1.

Membership Fee payments are refundable until ORIENTATION has been attended.

There is a point system for receiving completion & graduation certifications.

 

*The 3 Installment deferred payment plan is as followed:

• 1st installment DUE on or before DAY 1.

• 2nd installment is DUE on DAY 1 & can be deferred to no later than Training DAY 25,

• 3rd installment is DUE on DAY 1 & can be deferred to no later than Training DAY 43,

All tuition for the online Certification Program are non-refundable.

Tuition is due and payable on DAY 1 of the Certification Program and is non-refundable.

Students on Payment plan are subject to $499 ReStart Fee after >60 days of inactivity.

Students who are inactive for >6o days will be added to the inactive student roster.

Students who are inactive for >9o days will be added to the voluntarily withdrawn list.

Students who are inactive for >12o days will be withdrawn from the program.
