Ida Ripley

Ida is a 5X Western Canadian Hatha Yoga Champion and has practiced and taught 26×2 yoga for over 18 years. Ida is one of the pre-eminent 26×2 yoga instructors in the world. Her goal is to provide a no nonsense yoga education and mold poised & podium ready teachers. She is the lead instructor, kinesiology instructor, co-anatomy instructor & posture coach for the Original Hot Yoga Academy.

Aaron Thomas

Aaron has worked as a vocational trainer for over 20 years. He has worked with all the top researchers working in the field today and has created a one-of-a-kind curriculum that is unmatched in the industry. I had no idea what to expect from a science based 26&2 teacher training. 8 weeks of practice, loads of information and learning 90 minutes of dialogue? It seemed impossible and yet I reflect on my experience with adoration and confidence that I chose the best 2 people to learn from. Aaron’s approach to teaching was non traditional however, it was exciting, refreshing and IT WORKED! Ida’s knowledge about the mechanics of the body is almost magical to say the least. I graduated with everything I needed to be able to teach a wonderful 90 minute class.
